Returns & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The item is in a resalable condition
To initiate a return, please email us with your order details.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-returnable Items
Used products or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
